Being Jersey kids, we immediately gravitated to the little bar in Grand Case that advertised "Jersey Shore Menu". And what a relationship that began! From the Cuervo shots and green label Sundays to the Philly cheese steaks, we had found our home away from home on SXM. Our kids followed our path and loved Surf Club South and Baywatch as much as we did. They even shared the Andy and Cheryl experience with a third generation by introducing their children to Orient Beach a few years ago. They still have some terrific pictures of Andy and Cheryl! We are bringing some friends to SXM in December who have never had the pleasure of the island experience. I just told them about Andy and his claim to having the "best balls on the island"! We will all miss his smiling face and fabulous kitchen creations. He was truly one of a kind. We hope that Cheryl will be carrying on the Baywatch tradition and that we can visit with her this year. What a character - he will be missed greatly! RIP, Andy.
